Who we are
The Realistic Results name is a collective of four veteran-owned businesses based in the Houston-Gulf Coast area, with three generations of expertise in the construction industry. Rooted in family values, integrity, and a dedication to excellence, we foster a collaborative, results-driven environment where every team member is treated like family. We specialize in providing fast, reliable, and high-quality construction services tailored to each client's needs. Committed to timely, top-tier project completion, we aim to expand across North America, consistently exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships through professionalism and integrity.
What we do
We deliver industrial construction and general contracting for federal, commercial, and industrial clients across the Houston Gulf Coast and beyond. Our teams self-perform and coordinate critical scopes including piping and mechanical systems, structural steel fabrication and erection, equipment installation, boiler and heater solutions, shutdowns and turnarounds, and commercial roofing.

Brett Taylor Koch
CEO, 18+ Years as a General Contractor
With more than 18 years in the industry, Mr. Koch brings deep experience shaped by a family legacy in construction. His father and grandfather built successful businesses in the sector.
Growing up in Beaumont, Texas, he served in the United States Marine Corps before moving into the refining industry. When that sector slowed during the pandemic, he returned to his roots and founded Realistic Results.
His focus remains clear: deliver a superior building experience for customers while building a sustainable company for the team.
